Deb Rychlak

Hi! My name is Deb Rychlak (that’s Rick Lock). My husband Jack and I moved to Dreamland Villa on January 1, 2016. I did a lot of research before our move from Missouri, checking out over 500 properties online and in person. Dreamland Villa was just what we were looking for: a well-kept 55+ Community with nice amenities, low fees and no HOA restrictions. We are full-time residents, became members immediately and are enjoying our new life here with great neighbors and seemingly never ending activities.

My business background goes back to 1979, just a couple years after graduating high school in Duluth, Minnesota. I have worked as a secretary, accounting clerk, Realtor ®, paralegal and law firm manager, and have also operated my own business. Since high school, I have volunteered in various capacities and enjoyed being able to assist others. My hobbies include reading, genealogy and making greeting cards.

Currently, I serve as co-chair of the Sales and Marketing Committee for Dreamland Villa and teach card making classes at Read Hall. I believe that Dreamland is moving in a very positive direction and believe that I have the attitude and skill set to help keep us moving forward.
