Kathie Chismar

Prior to retirement, I worked in the travel industry for 33 years with Olympic Airways, Eastern Airlines and American Express Travel as a corporate travel consultant. In 2016, I became an outside agent for Sue Sinclair Travel. She specializes in senior travel and offers a commission to Dreamland Villa. Currently, I am also President of the Dreamland Villa Singles Club.

The role of a Director is to serve the entire Dreamland Community and to protect Dreamland’s 55 overlay and assets. We need to retain the overlay and assets that add value to our homes so that current and future residents will continue to enjoy the benefits of a 55+ community. I feel my customer service skills give me the ability to work well with others and listen to the concerns of the community, creating positive solutions whenever possible. While Dreamland does face some challenges, I know that the good people of Dreamland can work together to create positive solutions for a successful future. I would like to help create those solutions.
