Johna Sharp

Hello. My name is Johna (John-Uh) Sharp and I moved to Dreamland Villas in January 2017 from Seattle Washington. I chose this community because it offered the amities that I wanted for when I retire and there were no HOA fees or rules and regulations. I also wanted a pool but didn’t want to have to manage the upkeep and maintenance. Dreamland Villas offered just what I was looking for. Where else can you have the amenities like ours for less than $15 per month? And the neighbors! I love my neighborhood.

I decided I wanted to be on the Board of Directors when I saw that the existing one had resigned. I believe that my management skills and work background can be of assistance to help move our community in a positive direction. I have been an HOA President before and I have 26 plus years in the telecommunications industry. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and I’ve worked on numerous projects, managed large budgets, employees and contractors, and specialize in the administration of business contracts. I am currently employed in property management for one of the top three telecommunications companies.

I am a member of our Singles Club and can often times be found at the Farnsworth pool. I look forward to being involved with building our community and I hope that you will support me as an interim Director.
