POLICIES AND PROCEDURE FOR CLIENTS

IMPLEMENTATION OF COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

EFFECTIVE June 1, 2020

1. June 1, 2020,  and until further notice, Help Services’ will resume its regular operating hours, of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.

2. Blood pressure services will be suspended until further notice.

3. Face masks are to be worn by all clients. A monitor will provide one for you if you do not have one of your own. 

4. Clients must adhere to the 6-foot separation requirement and, in addition, stay behind the blue tape on the floor in front of the desk.

5. The donation box will be placed on the white memorial table located on the client side of the blue tape line. We appreciate your donation!

6. Due to the COVID-19, clients may not use the restroom facility at Help Services.

Help Services is a non-profit Arizona corporation founded in 1973 to serve the residents of Dreamland Villa and Velda Rose Estates by providing them with the opportunity to use medical and sick room equipment and physical and health aid items on a loan-free basis.
