Strategic Planning

The Strategic Planning Committee commenced a concerted effort for the planning process in March of 2019. A strategic plan is needed in order to assess the needs of the organization, identify and prioritize projects and determine current and future needs.

The strategic plan was completed in June, 2020. It provides the Board of Directors and Dreamland residents with information on what is required to sustain the community's assets and to facilitate better informed decision-making. The plan contains information on a variety of topics, including management and administration, volunteerism, communication, membership, financial assessment, and projects and programs. Strategies have been developed based on specific methods for implementing solutions and results.

Input has been contributed by our members and residents for the strategic plan. Meetings, called Coffee Talks, were held and residents were invited to submit ideas, questions and comments to the committee.  The committee presented its final plan to the Board in June, 2020.
