Reserving a Facility for an Activity

Numerous activities are scheduled on the various calendars listed under Current Events. There may also be private activities scheduled that do not appear on a calendar. Read Hall can be rented by both members and non-members, with members receiving reduced rental rates. Contact the office to schedule an activity or rental. You must fill out a Setup Sheet indicating the items you need, including arrangement of tables and chairs. The Setup Sheet must be completed and returned to the office at least five days before your event.
