Think of this section like a regular library, where you can find reference material such as board meeting minutes, study session minutes, By Laws, etc. It will take a little time to accumulate all the material we want to put here so please be patient.

We will be including lots of reference information useful to prospective or new property owners also.

Board Meeting Minutes
Second Wednesday of each month October through May. Also includes special meetings.

Board Special Meeting Minutes
Special meetings, including election of officers following an election of Board members.

Board Study Session Minutes
Review and discuss the agenda for the next regular Board Meeting.

Annual Membership Meeting
Second Tuesday in January as required in By-Laws.
