Annual Membership Meeting
The DVRC By-Laws requires an Annual Membership Meeting be held the second week in January. Business may be conducted provided there is a quorum in attendance. (100 members are considered a quorum). Besides the business meeting, other items of interest to the community are announced and discussed. It is also a time to introduce those persons who are candidates for the DVRC Board of Directors, with the election taking place in February of each year.
