Annual Membership Meeting

The DVRC By-Laws  Article VII, Meetings Section 1.  The annual meeting of the Dreamland Villa Retirement Community shall be in January and shall include the presentation of the candidates nominated for election to the board of directors and any other pertinent community business appropriately placed in advance on the meeting's agenda.

Business may be conducted provided there is a quorum in attendance. (100 members are considered a quorum). Besides the business meeting, other items of interest to the community are announced and discussed.
