Bocce Ball

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 9:00 AM (Summer at 7:30 a.m.)
Dan Beringer

Four courts are located at Farnsworth Hall on the west end of the parking lot.

Bocce is an Italian game , meaning kiss. The object is to roll your team's ball closest to a smaller ball called the pallino. One to four players make up a team. Two teams play on a court. A game ends when a team reaches 11 points, then the teams switch ends for the next game. It takes about 45 minutes to play a game. The game is more social than athletic; and one learns by playing the game. Just as many women participate as men.

For questions, you may call Dan Beringer. He is listed in the DVRC  phonebook.
