I would like to introduce myself. My name is John Pawloski, Sr. In November 2003, my wife Marge and I relocated from Buff alo, New York. We moved to 56th Street and for the past four years we’ve resided on 61st Street and Colby. We love the Dreamland Villa Community. It is a great place to live and enjoy our retirement. I am working very hard to keep our 55+ neighborhood. I have owned several properties in Dreamland Villa and I insist that all of my tenants are over 55 years of age and belong to the Dreamland Villa Community Club.

I have been a Board member for the past 2.5 years. I am also the Chairman of the Building and Ground Committee. I was your Vice President in my first year on the Board when John Matthews resigned suddenly. My first job as President was to call a Special Board Meeting to elect a new President with more experience.

There have been many updates and accomplishments under my direction. I still have a lot to do, so I am asking for your vote for another term.

I pledge to all of our members my time and my talents. Please vote in February 2017.
