Earl Munday

I was born in California. I worked for Port of Seattle in Engineering, Maintenance, and Airport construction projects.  I have a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Master in Business Administration-Business Management degree. I have experience working in and managing government agencies and volunteer organizations.

My wife and I traveled across the US and Canada full time in an RV for twelve years before moving to Dreamland in 2012. I served on the board from 1/14/2018 to 3/16/2018, at which time I resigned. I have been the Chair of the Maintenance, Compliance, and Policy and Procedures Committees. I was re-appointed to the board in April 2018 and am currently Vice-President.

I feel that we should follow the rules as identified in the DVRC documents. If we are unable, or unwilling, to follow those rules, then they should be changed, not ignored. I believe strongly in having no hidden agendas and keeping all members informed of what is going on with the Corporation.
