Special Olympics

Dreamlandvilla Bocce Ball courts are being used by the Special Olympics players. They come to practice the game before their tournament play. It is an inspiration to see these players having a good time playing the game.  Dreamland residents are encouraged to come out and cheer for these players.

The schedule is: The month of August and three weeks into September for practice on Thursday @6:30PM. They get going about 7:00 PM.

Bocce Tournament is usually the fourth Saturday in September.
Traditional and Unified @ Farnsworth Retirement Center, 6159 E. University.  Mesa Traditional starts at 9:00 AM and Unified at 11:00AM.  Come out and support the Special Olympics.
