Personal Use of the Nature Walk

It is important that everyone recognize that the Nature Walk is private property owned by Dreamland Villa Retirement Community (DVRC). It is not to be used as a private driveway or for any other personal use. It is gated to comply with the Maricopa County dust control ordinance, and utility companies (electric, gas, cable, phone) have unlimited access to maintain their equipment. The Audubon Society has also approved the Nature Walk as a bird watching area, so it is important that it be left in its natural state so as not to interfere with this approval rating.

Volunteers maintain the Nature Walk so that DVRC members can enjoy the walking paths in their natural state, and the utility companies can access their equipment. Any objects or plants extended beyond 4’ of one’s property line and onto the Nature Walk after November 15, 2018, will be subject to removal. The DVRC Rules and Regulations, Section C, provides for the specific use of this area. No personal items, structures or fences are allowed, and only drought-resistant plants are permitted.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and keeping Dreamland Villa Retirement Community a great place to live.
