The main page for events is Current Events and Activities. It lists the various calendars on the site. Activities also display in the right column of the home page. This display automatically displays events from the current date out a specified number of days, probably 30 days.

The website has two types of calendars:

Monthly Calendars
Weekly Calendar

Weekly calendars are mainly for group activities that are occurring on a regular basis during the season. Since they revolve around the Winter and Summer seasons there are two calendars, one for each season. Only the calendar for the current season is visible to the public though. The weekly calendar is pretty self explanatory for making changes. The Summer calendar starts April 1 and the Winter calendar starts Oct. 1.

The monthly calendars handle all the other events and activities.
Events that are open to the general public are marked 'Published' and display on the website calendars.
Events that are private where the public is not invited (space generally rented) are marked as 'Private' and do not display on the website calendars (except the Administrative Calendar discussed below). Events that want to schedule a date, but aren't organized enough to display on a calendar are marked 'Unpublished'.

There is also the Administrative Calendar for Event Scheduling with a link in the webmaster area at the top of the page. It is used by the office to help identify what rooms are available when scheduling an event or activity.

There is also List of Events. This list allows you to find out of date events and "reuse" them. Some events/activities occur each season. This allows you to find the event from two years ago, which may not have changed, and prevent re-entering all the information. This can be especially helpful for the event description.
