2012/2013 Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
February 27, 2012

The meeting of the members of the upcoming 2012/2013 Board of Directors was called to order at approximately 2:09 p.m. by Gerald Westall. Future Board members present: Jim Cook, Judy Ford, Agnes Forsyth, Doris Gruner, Mary Kirk, Patricia Thorpe, Gordon Watson, Gerald Westall, Larry Wilkens, Gloria Wilson-White, and Lyle Woods. Excused: Wendall Black and Steve Holleque. Unexcused: Steve Peters.

Judy Ford called for nominations for President. Lyle Wood nominated Gerald Westall. Jim Cook moved that Mr. Westall be elected by acclamation. The motion was passed unanimously.

Gerald Westall called for nominations for Vice President. Doris Gruner nominated Judy Ford. Agnes Forsyth nominated Lyle Wood. Voting was by written ballot. Lyle Wood was elected with six votes. Judy Ford received 5 votes.

Gerald Westall called for nominations for Secretary. Gloria Wilson-White nominated Mary Kirk. Judy Ford moved that Ms. Kirk be elected by acclamation. The motion was passed unanimously.

Gerald Westall called for nominations for Assistant Secretary. Mary Kirk nominated Gloria Wilson-White. Judy Ford moved that Ms. Wilson-White be elected by acclamation. The motion was passed unanimously.

Gerald Westall called for nominations for Treasurer. Agnes Forsyth nominated Patricia Thorpe. Judy Ford moved that Ms. Thorpe be elected by acclamation. The motion was passed unanimously.

Gerald Westall called for nominations for Assistant Treasurer. Judy Ford nominated Larry Wilkens. Judy Ford moved that Mr. Wilkens be elected by acclamation. The motion was passed unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:29 pm.
